humm... let's try to develop this in 3D. if you can extrude the plan and view it CAD 3d, you can learn a lot from how your plan is interacting in three dimensional space. I find it hard to see your sugar parti/concept on your plan. I actually see more of a star shape repetition on each floor. What happened to the elasticity sugar has? Can you translate that on to the plan? Give your wall some thickness. I see you are straggling with DOB code stairs vs. "design" or "free" elements. If you are presenting this as your final presentation, I would suggest it in white and put some colors on each floor area illustrating the use of each space to make it more clear.
